 • Polyether foams

  Due to a diversity of physico-mechanical features of polyester foams, they are divided into:
  · Polyether foams T CarDio - light foams produced using liquid CO2 with specific gravity 14-18 kg/m3.

  · Polyether foams T with reduced rigidity - foams in which the rigidity parameter is lesser than the type recognized as standard, e.g. T2121, T2516, T2520. The softness effect is obtained through utilising proper softening agents.

  · Polyether T standard foams - produced in specific gravities 21-40 kg/m3.

  · Polyether T standard foams with enhanced rigidity - foams in which the rigidity parameter is higher than the type recognized as standard, e.g. T2237, T2544, T2550, T3045, T3050, T3550, T4060.

 • Polyester foams – automotive: S284MD, S364MD, S394MD

   Due to their specific physico-mechanical features, polyester foams are used in automotive industry in the form of laminates (protective covers), as well as sealing and sound-proof material. The ability to laminate, a basic characteristic of polyesters, allows bonding them together with such materials as woven fabrics, films and plastics. The most important features of polyester foams determining their usefulness in automotive industry are exhibited by a wide variety of low fogging foams (reduced emission of compounds causing steaming up of windows) with low burning speeds (reduced flammability). Other essential features of automotive foams include their uniform and regular cellular structure, good acoustic absorption, good mechanical resistance and minimal susceptibility to organic solvents and detergents. Typical polyester foams used in the automotive industry exhibiting the above mentioned characteristics are utilised as sound-proofing and insulation elements (sound absorption, thermal insulation), finishing elements (for soffit ceilings, seats, headrests, linings, switchboards, sun visors), filtration elements (car filters), insulation and stiffening elements.

  According to the latest trends, upholstered furniture must comply with world requirements and standards. Furniture producers endeavour and make sure that their products could be functional and aesthetic. By working closely with Eurofoam Poland, one of the best foam producers, we have broadened the range of products we can deliver to our clients to include high elasticity foams (K) and high elasticity and slow-burning foams (C). Compared to regular foams, high elasticity foams provide greater elasticity which remarkably increases the comfort of a piece of furniture and helps prolong its life. Foam elasticity is one of the most crucial elements in furniture production, on a par with its capability to return to its original shape and foam durability. The capability to return to its original shape (plastic strain) is vital when using foam. Highly elastic foams are distinguished by high durability, physical and chemical resistance and special deformation resistance. Foam durability is determined by the degree of its hardness maintenance when subjected to fatigue tests. Durability examinations have demonstrated that highly elastic foams are characterised by durability 40% higher than for regular foams of the same density. The fundamental advantages of high elasticity foams are a wide range of elasticity and hardness, high utilisation durability, the feeling of comfort and the possibility to create layer combinations by bonding them together with regular foams. Such compositions are particularly used in production of furniture seats commonly called “SANDWICHES”.

• MINI BONELL and BONELL spring fibre mats

  MINI BONELL spring fibre mats are made of top quality wire with 2.2 mm in diameter. Their height is 80 mm. BONELL fibre mats are between 90 mm, 100 mm and 110 mm in height and are made of 2.4 mm wire. We can deliver all fibre mats in the form of rolled packages.
